We have been continuing our research into what makes an army recruit today as we begun to delve deeper into the background behind the army.
We have been researching questions such as:
- When was the army formed?
- Are there different roles in the army?
- What previous battles/wars have the British Army been involved in?
We have developed A LOT of new questions that we have after finding out these answers, in particular - what started the world wars? This is something we will be learning about next week however for now, we have been enjoying watching the Horrible Histories WW1 short stories on YouTube.
